Four of these statements are true facts about me. One is a lie. Can you guess which is which?
(1) The house I grew up in was haunted.
(2) In junior high, my best friend was a horse named Nana.
(3) I am often asked when I am due even though I am not pregnant.
(4) I love Little House on the Prairie.
(5) I played Maria von Trapp (poorly, I fear) in our high school production of The Sound of Music.
Tell me your guesses below, and follow along over the next few weeks as I reveal which of these are true, and which one is false!
Love,
(This post was inspired by Jess Witkins’s FIVE TRUTHS AND A LIE post on her blog, JESS WITKINS’S HAPPINESS PROJECT. If you haven’t checked her out, you should, immediately. She is a lovely, hilarious, sweet person, and her blog is worth every minute you spend there.)
I am going to with number three!
*grin* Stay tuned!
I wish I could say #3 but know today’s society as I have been subjected to it myself. So I am going with #5.
Ugh, I’m so sorry people have been crappy toward you that way!! Sending hugs. I’ll be revealing my truths and falsies (heh) over the coming weeks, so stay tuned! 🙂
Number 3 must be false, without a doubt.
*grin* Stay tuned, Mr. Ian! 🙂
But Myndi, you are far too svelte for anyone, even if they were being rude, to say such a thing to you! So #3 MUST be false!
I coached you in high school, and I don’t know. Hmmmm – I have to say #5. But some of the other choices are just too awful to be true!
*grin*
I cannot picture you yodeling, so I’m going with Maria Von Trapp. I can’t wait to hear about you haunted house!!! And thank you for the super sweet words; you made me blush. 😊
*grin*
I’m going with Maria Von Trapp too, though honestly they all sound like they could be true lol
😀
I know – I know – But I am still baffled by it! Once again – how did we have the same childhood?!?
HAHA! I knew you’d know immediately, lol. 🙂 So funny!
Hmmm…I’m a bit late to the game, so I have an unfair advantage, having read some of your posts. Soo…I’m going with # 5. I’m figuring you were in a high school play, perhaps even The Sound of Music, (didn’t every high school do that play?) but maybe you played another character. Hmmm…
